Since 1945, Plovdiv Medical University has been a standout institution. It has earned many awards for its facilities and staff. The university is accredited by the National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency, and its diplomas are recognized in other European Union countries.

Plovdiv Medical University is part of the Erasmus+ EU program, allowing students to spend a semester abroad.

The International Students Council and various student groups add a lot of fun and interest to university life!

The university has four faculties: Medicine, Dental Medicine, Pharmacy, and Public Health. There are three study programs in English: Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy.

Each year, more than 450 international students get the chance to study there. To get in, you need to pass an entrance test, and the academic year starts in October.

Plovdiv Medical University is situated on Vasil Aprilov Boulevard in the lovely town of Plovdiv. Everything you need, like the Anatomy building, main lecture halls, and sports hall, is right on campus.
